Your file is issued in your name and recorded with the project. Allotment follows the official DHA process.

Before you book

What is a file?

A file is a registered entitlement to a plot of the stated size in the project. Plot numbers are assigned later, at balloting or allotment, under the official DHA process. Until then the file itself is the asset you hold.

Is there an installment or payment plan?

No. The current offer is a single file price. We do not publish installment schedules because none is being sold. If an official plan is introduced, it will be published here first.

What is included in the price?

The file price is for the residential file itself. Any transfer, processing or development charges that may apply later are confirmed to you in writing at booking — we do not quote figures we cannot yet stand behind.

Can I resell the file?

Files are commonly transferred between buyers in DHA projects, subject to the transfer procedure and any applicable fees at the time. Resale value is not guaranteed.
