Under his direct involvement, DHA Gandhara has secured landmark memoranda with the Pakistan Cricket Board for Pakistan's largest cricket stadium, and with Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan, Chairman of Sardar Group and owner of Centaurus Mall Islamabad, for Pakistan's first international-standard theme park.

His mandate at Gandhara Properties: bring unmatched credibility, transparency and strategic direction to the delivery of a 32,000+ kanal master-planned waterfront city on the M-2.

Ch. Urwa Abbas leads Gandhara Properties as Chief Executive Officer, translating the Chairman's vision into an executable enterprise. He sets the operating rhythm across land, sales, finance, and delivery — pairing institutional discipline with a builder's pace.

His mandate is straightforward: keep the promise. From master-plan governance to investor experience, every decision at the executive office is measured against the standards a project of this scale demands.

Faisal H. Nathoka leads Sales & Marketing at Gandhara Properties, bringing more than 18 years of frontline real-estate experience to the project. His career spans large-format Pakistani developments and international markets — most recently as Sales Director at Orchid Homes Real Estate in Dubai and General Manager Operations at Rudn Enclave.

A certified sales trainer, digital marketer, and long-standing member of the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce & Industry, he combines dealer-network leadership with a modern, data-driven approach to investor engagement. He is also a Board Member of the PAK–UK Business Council and a Board Advisor at World Business Hub.
